With pregnancy, birth and adjusting to a new member of the family comes many, sometimes, seemingly endless decisions to make. With that in mind, alongside the fact everyone is different, I have two simple packages that can then be tailored to suit individual needs as things develop. "Hello Baby Essentials" covers antenatal and birth. "Hello Mama Essentials" covers postpartum.
Hello BabyEssentials
Antenatal and birth package, Hello Baby Essentials includes; Getting to know you meeting and a welcome pack, 2 antenatal sessions of 2 hours each, birth planning and continuous communications support from formal booking onwards via text, telephone, email and WhatsApp. A further antenatal meeting around 36 or 37 weeks to reconnect before the on call period. On call 10 days before your official due date until 42 weeks. Continuous support during established labour until your baby is born. A postnatal visit to debrief your birth experience, a wellness check and feeding support as required. On going communications support for a further 6 weeks via text, telephone, email or WhatsApp.
Total Cost £960
Travel expenses are charged at 40ppm over 25 miles.
Hello Mama Essentials
A postpartum, Fourth Trimester package, Hello Mama Essentials includes Getting to know you meeting and welcome pack, a postnatal planning session for a recommended 2 hours. Thereafter, on a mutually agreed date, I am available for "Mothering the Mother" so the Mother can mother the baby. This includes, emotional, informational and practical support. Feeding support. Light household duties, food preparation, shopping, partner support, baby wearing to facilitate a nap or soothing bath/shower. Continuous communications support throughout via text, telephone, email and WhatsApp.
Cost £28 per hour (2 hours minimum per visit)
Cost £280 per 12 hour block booking ( 3 hours minimum per visit)
Cost £560 per 24 hour block booking (3 hours minimum per visit)

Other Services
As a trained NAHAH Hypnotherapist (National Association of Holistic Analytical Hypnotherapists) and Reiki Practitioner, I am pleased to offer individual, hourly sessions to any and all members of the family at a cost of £40.00 per hour.
I own an ever increasing library of books, birth and peanut balls and baby slings which I am happy to loan to clients for a nominal fee, simply to cover wear, tear and eventual replacement.
